To register and maintain an Account on the mbb8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mbb8 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities. This requirement applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction residence.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities are not eligible to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on the mbb8 Platform or any network-wide exclusion arrangement to which mbb8 is a party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of mbb8 or any of its affiliate, technology, or payment service partners.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and valid contact details.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Each eligible individual is permitted to holdone (1) Account on the mbb8 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.1 Registration Process

You must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. mbb8 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.2 KYC Verification

mbb8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gambling and anti-money laundering obligations. Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawal requests are processed:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding 3 months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank account statement).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a request by mbb8 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until the verification process is completed.

4.3 Account Security

You must notify mbb8 immediately via live chat or email at[email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account. mbb8 recommends using a strong, unique password and refraining from sharing your login credentials with any third party.

By accessing and using the mbb8 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The Platform is made available to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis subject to full compliance with these Terms.

5.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use the Platform to:

• Browse available game categories, sports markets, and promotional offerings.
• Place bets and wagers on eligible games and sporting events using your own Funds.
• Manage your Account settings, deposit and withdrawal preferences, and responsible gambling controls.
• Contact customer support via live chat or email for assistance.

5.2 Technical Requirements

mbb8 is an online platform. Access requires a compatible internet-connected device and a supported web browser. The Platform is optimised for desktop and mobile use. mbb8 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and reserves the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance at any time.

All financial transactions on the mbb8 Platform are conducted inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR). mbb8 supports a range of local payment methods designed to provide Malaysian Members with fast and convenient fund transfers.

6.1 Approved Payment Methods

mbb8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels:

6.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method selected. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of transaction. mbb8 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. mbb8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated at the point of request. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

mbb8 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal request that is deemed unusual in size or frequency.

6.4 Currency

All Account balances,ets, winings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are denominated and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). mbb8 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees incurred by a Member's payment provider are outside mbb8's control and responsibility.

mbb8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and the Platform Migration Programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which Members must review before claiming.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members aged21 and above only.
• Each Member is entitled to claim each distinct bonus offer only once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses claimed through the use of multiple Accounts, fraudulent information, or coordinated abuse will be forfeited in their entirety, and the associated Accounts will be subject to suspension.
• mbb8 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) and eligible game contribution rates will be stated in the specific promotion terms. As a general reference:

• Slots: typically contribute 100% towards rollover requirements.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): typically contribute 10–20%.
• Sports betting: contribution rates vary by promotion — refer to individual promotion terms.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies, typically betweenMYR 250 and MYR 500 per round. Placing bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds remain unconverted may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winings.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers have a validity window, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Common expiry windows are7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in the Account after the expiry date will be removed automatically.

All bets and wagers placed on the mbb8 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to each product. The following general provisions apply across all betting activity on the Platform:

• Bets are only accepted when the Platform has confirmed receipt. A bet confirmation message or reference number constitutes acceptance. Bets placed during technical outages or where the Platform has indicated a refusal are not valid.
• mbb8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a system error, pricing error, or data feed failure. Affected Members will be notified and staked amounts will be returned.
• In the event of a disputed outcome in any sports market, mbb8's decision, made in reference to accepted third-party official sources, shall be final and binding.
• For Mix Parlay (combination) bets — popular among Malaysian football bettors following the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, and other competitions — all individual selections within the parlay must be settled as a win for the combined bet to pay out. A single losing or voided selection affects the entire parlay in accordance with applicable Mix Parlay rules stated at the time of bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per Member. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market prior to bet confirmation.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the mbb8 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory via a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Coluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or tournament formats.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other Members.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: structuring deposits to repeatedly trigger welcome bonuses, creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate offers, or systematically hedging bets to exploit promotional terms.
• Conducting any transaction that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code, algorithms, or infrastructure.
• Engaging in conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses mbb8 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

mbb8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or associated financial crime.
• Request by a Member to exercise their self-exclusion right under the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment dispute filed by the Member's bank or payment provider.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, mbb8 reserves the right to retain any Bonus Funds and forfeit winings generated in connection with the breach. Real-money Funds not implicated in the breach will be returned to the Member via the original payment method following conclusion of any investigation.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Members wishing to close their Accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn via your verified payment method. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be cancelled and Bonus Funds forfeited upon voluntary closure.

All content, software, databases, trademarks, logos, graphics, game interfaces, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the mbb8 Platform are the property of mbb8 or its licensed third-party game and content providers. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any licence or right to use any such intellectual property other than as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of mbb8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbb8 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Technical failures, outages, or interruptions to the Platform's availability.
• Delays in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or bonus credits.
• Losses resulting from game outcomes, betting results, or any element of chance inherent in gambling activities.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any reliance placed on promotional material, game guides, or betting tips provided on the Platform.

mbb8's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall, in any event, not exceed the total Funds held in the Member's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

mbb8 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling across all areas of its Platform. We operate a range of player protection tools and encourage all Members — regardless of their level of experience — to use them proactively. The following safeguards are available to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard.
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session durations to prevent extended unbroken play periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary account suspension of24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Contact our support team to initiate self-exclusion. Once in place, this cannot be reversed for a defined minimum period.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed during your current session.

mbb8 reserves the right to impose account restrictions or proactively contact a Member if internal monitoring identifies patterns of play consistent with problem gambling.

When material changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are significant, we may additionally notify active Members via the email address registered on their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you should cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Funds.

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the mbb8 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mbb8 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and mbb8 relating to your Account, transactions, or the Platform's services, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. mbb8 is committed to resolving genuine Member complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the relevant licensing or regulatory authority overseeing mbb8's operations. The decision of the relevant authority shall, where applicable, be final and binding on both parties.
